You will find a few different categories of videos available below:

Your Pace Yoga Pelvic Series: These professionally produced original videos are available for you to watch as often as you like during your rehabilitation journey. Some people find it helpful to do them once a week even when they are feeling better to help keep symptoms at bay.

Yoga flows used in research: I created two videos for a study on Interstitial Cystitis (the yoga group had great results!). Even if you don’t have the diagnosis of IC, you will find these videos helpful to release tension in the pelvic floor, hips and spine.

Increasing mobility: These videos are great during lunch break or at the end of a long day to help loosen tight muscles and relieve tension.

Breathwork: The nervous system and breath are intricately linked. These videos provide a tutorial on using your breath to positively influence your body's functions.
